Bucks acquire Harroch from Humboldt of the SJHL for Lowe

The Cranbrook Bucks have acquired 2001-born goaltender Michael Harroch from the Humboldt Broncos of the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League in exchange for 2002-born forward Christian Lowe.

Harroch, who hails from North Vancouver, BC, didn’t get into any games with the Broncos during the 2020-21 season due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

As a rookie in 2019-20, he posted a 7-7-5 record with a 3.08 goals-against-average, a .906 save percentage, and one shutout in 21 games.

Lowe played 14 games for the Bucks as a rookie in 2020-21 and put up a goal and two assists. The Port Moody, BC product had a goal and an assist in eight games with Cranbrook during last fall’s exhibition season.

He made his BCHL debut in 2019-20 as an affiliate player with the Coquitlam Express and posted four points in five games.
