Cents send Clark to Victoria

For the second time this off-season, 2002-born defenseman Braydon Clark has seen his rights traded. In April, he was moved from Prince Albert to Spokane.
On Monday, the Merritt Centennials dealt Clark’s junior A rights to the Victoria Grizzlies in exchange for future considerations.
The Langley, BC product had a goal and two assists in 16 games with the Cents and no points in 11 WHL games with the Raiders during the 2019-20 season.

The Vernon Vipers added another defenseman to their roster with the signing of 2002-born Ayden Third from the Regina Pat U18 AAA Canadians in the Saskatchewan Midget Hockey League.
Third, who’s from Regina, had seven goals and 17 assists in 44 games for the Canadians. He added a goal and four assists in six playoff games.
The 18-year-old also played one game with the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League’s Humboldt Broncos as an affiliate player.

The Alberni Valley Bulldogs have signed a broadcast extension with 93.3 The Peak that spans the next three seasons.
Evan Hammond, who hosts the morning show on The Peak, will continue as the play-by-play announcer for the Bulldogs. He is entering his 18th season behind the mic for the Alberni Valley franchise.
The former Flin Floner is a two time recipient of the BCHL Broadcaster of the Year Award, winning it in 2009 and 2013.
