The BC Hockey League announced details for its 2021 pre-season schedule on Monday. The schedule has a total of 47 games over 15 days, including 32 games in September and 15 in October.
The schedule includes all 18 of the league’s teams, with Surrey playing the most games with eight while Wenatchee is set to play its first BCHL game since Mar. 6, 2020, when it heads to Trail on Sept. 30 for the first of two pre-season games for the Wild.
The 2021-22 BCHL regular season is set to open on Oct. 8 with 14 teams in action.

The Alberni Valley Bulldogs announced the acquisition of 2002-born defenseman Logan Holm from the LaRonge Ice Wolves of the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League on Monday evening.
Holm, who’s from Saskatoon, SK, was scoreless in four games with the Ice Wolves in 2020-21. He posted five goals and 16 points in 45 games with La Ronge as a rookie in 2019-20.
The Bulldogs gave up future considerations in the deal.

The Wenatchee Wild announced on Monday that 2001-born forward Quinn Emerson is returning to the team for the 2021-22 BCHL season.
Emerson had two goals and five points in 34 games with the North American Hockey League’s Lone Star Brahmas in 2020-21. As a rookie with the Wild in 2019-20, the Manhattan Beach, CA product notched 16 points in 53 games.
