The Coquitlam Express have named 37-year-old Surrey, BC native Lee Stone as director of scouting. He transitions into a roster-building management capacity after serving as associate coach and director of player development during the 2025-26 season. He concurrently retains his coaching and management roles with the Campbell River Storm of the Vancouver Island Junior Hockey League.
Business manager and play-by-play announcer Nathan Crosby has departed the Brooks Bandits after nine seasons. The Didsbury, Alberta product managed off-ice operations and called over 600 games for the Bandits. He helped the franchise capture multiple championships, including consecutive BCHL titles in 2025 and 2026.
The Salmon Arm Silverbacks are seeking a new director of business operations as Alexandra Miege leaves the organization. During her tenure, she actively managed ticketing, sponsorships, marketing, and fan engagement. Her efforts proved instrumental to the off-ice growth and daily operations of the Salmon Arm franchise. The Silverbacks are accepting applications for the role here.

Twenty-six-year-old Ganges, BC native Kyle Topping has transferred from MoDo Hockey in Sweden’s HockeyAllsvenskan to Black Wings Linz of the ICEHL. He registered nine goals and 18 assists for 27 points across 49 contests with MoDo in 2025-26. The forward suited up for the Cowichan Valley Capitals during the 2015-16 season. Topping tallied five goals and seven assists for 12 points in 53 career BCHL games.
Former Penticton Vees defender Philippe Chapleau is leaving Strasbourg of FFHG Division 1 in France. The 25-year-old from Longueuil, Quebec posted two goals and 19 assists in 30 games with Strasbourg during the 2025-26 season. In his 2020-21 BCHL stint, he notched two goals and seven assists for nine points in 20 total contests with the Vees.
