With the second round of the playoffs set to start on Friday night, the BCHL has shut down due to concerns about the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. The language the league used is “cancelled until further notice”, which definitely puts the remainder of the playoffs in jeopardy.
If the playoffs are cancelled altogether, it would be the first time in league history that the Fred Page Cup isn’t awarded.
